Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
Before Shipping:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service at
help@vvelvetvogue.com.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Instead, you may apply for a return as per our return policy.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition:
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
- Free of stains, perfume, or signs of wear
- In their original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene & exclusivity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Final-sale pieces
- Customized orders
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
We will arrange reverse logistics at no extra cost.
Other Returns:
For returns other than defective/incorrect items, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
Reverse Logistics
- Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
- Pickup Timeline: Reverse logistics generally take 3–4 working days.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received & inspected.
Credit to your account may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Mode of Refund:
– Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
– For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Ineligible Refunds:
If an item is found used, damaged, or beyond the return window, it will be marked as ineligible for refund.
Velvet Vogue reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
